Comment: I called a Aiello in ct. for a plumber they sent me a guy named Pete from Portland ct. I have no other information on them, it's a subcontractor, he gave me estimates for different plumbing jobs the biggest one was to replace my hot water heater, he give me a written estimate at $1,197.48 and also telling me that it was going to be $100 permit fee for the town of Middletown I called the town of Middletown and they said that it would only be $100 fee if it was a $7,000 job other places quoted me $15 for the permit he also told me not to tell Aiello about all that he quoed me, he said just say it was the hot water heater. this is a blatant rip-off. I did not have any of the work done. But I did have them come in and service the heating and air conditioning unit once a year that they required to cover the warranty, they bring a truck with all the parts toilets everything they just didn't have the hot water heater otherwise I might have even done it that day, I think this is how they get you to pay such exorbitant prices without question.
