Was the charge fair? unfair
Comment: I hired Jay from affordable plumbing to repair a running toilet. The toilet still keeps running at times leading to ongoing large water bills and after setting 3 separate appointments for him to return and honor his warranty he never shows up to fix the problem.
His work is inferior and his warranty is useless!
