Comment: Ulrich Hegi (advanced filter solutions, inc) and Hegi Construction

Ulrich Hegi does not adhere to the contract. Continuously demands more financial draws outside the scope of the contract. Ulrich Hegi manipulates and bullies his clients to pay him more because of some excuse that his contract is not right. Ulrich Hegi is severely behind on his work production and severely ahead on his financial draws.
