Job description: Job: setup one wax ring of toilet and added flange spacer. The technician finished whole job in 45 to 60 mins. The technician came to my house two times: Sept. 15, 2020: came in about 3:30pm, located the problem in 10 mins and then he went to buy parts. He didn't come back in 40 mins and I called A+ to cancel that day because it was too late. Sept. 16, 2020: the technician came back about 3:15. Then, he left for another part again. He came back in about 40 mins and then finished job before 5 pm. The technician showed me his timer and told me he spent 43 mins on the job. Oct. 08, 2020: received invoice 7746 from A+ by email. It cost $301. Oct. 09, 2020: I called A+ to discuss the price issue. The company said they charge $95 per hour and my job is 4 hours. I told them the technician left for parts twice and took long time. The job was only about 45 mins. They refused to keep discussing with me. Oct. 12, 2020: I emailed A+ to ask for the correct invoice and had no answer so far.

Comment: I called couple different contractors in Midland MI area to quote for the same job. I got the following quote:

Plumber David: $65 + parts cost.
Burl's plumbing: $100
JE Jason mechanical: $75 - $100

According to above quotes, re set wax ring job should cost about $100 and less. The $301 invoice from A+ is too high.

I am looking for the correct invoice with reasonable price.
