Comment: worst and rudest man I have ever hired. Did not explain how to use it. Would not give me a proper receipt after he wrote out a temporary that stated he would. I have texted him many times for my receipt. His last two texts to me contained cuss words. Told me I was a "bitch" with no brains and I should take my big mouth and ass back to New York (i never lived there) what can I do??? I need a receipt for proof of purchase. It is clear he lied and when I told him that he went nuts. I don't even know if the softener is working correctly.
